Passito, a late harvest wine, in which the grapes are left on the vine to naturally concentrate until late November when the first spores of noble botrylis are developing. Rigorously hand-picked, the grapes are softly crushed and fermented over a period of 15 days of punch-down twice a day.
The wine describes itself. You can enjoy it by itself or pair it with cheese & jam combination, fois grais or biscotti. Bottle size: 500ml
